After having the Lady Gaga Oreos, I was looking out for some other variants of Oreos and I came across some Double Stuff ones. They looked very attractive and the look of them made my mouth water. I was looking forward to try them.
Double Stuff Oreos

Get ready for some serious licking with Oreo Double Stuff.
I had my glass of cold milk ready to dunk these into. I must admit, I didn’t eat one of these Double Stuff Oreos on their own. I don’t know why I didn’t come to think of it, but I was certainly dunking these one by one into my glass of milk. These had the same great chocolate biscuits either side of the filling and the the filling was most certainly doubled. The only thing is, as much as the filling was the same flavour as the original ones, these actually made me feel that there was too much filling to biscuit ratio. I know this sounds naive, because that’s exactly what it says on the package, but really I never thought I would miss the biscuits so much. It just felt like too much filling and I couldn’t finish the packet off as I can easily do with original Oreos.
I for one like a lot of filling whether it’s donuts, cakes, pastries. I didn’t like the double filling in the Oreos. It wasn’t the flavour or anything. Its as just too much for my liking. Now if the biscuits were also double thickness with the double stuff, then I think I would have enjoyed these a lot more. I think I’ll stick to the original ones.
