The finale of the M&M's Chocolate Block. I have to say I have enjoyed myself working my way through these and my waistline seems to think so too! Just as well I workout or I’ll look like a Chocolate Block! Here she is, the one my friend has been banging on about the most. The final bar… M&M's Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Block. I can’t wait!!
M&M’s Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Block
"Milk chocolate with M&M's minis (milk chocolate in a coloured sugar shell) and hazelnut pieces."
Well, well, well… what do you know? This one was packed full of chopped hazelnut pieces and there were loads of them. It definitely enhanced the chocolate to give it that nutty hazelnut flavour. There was a good amount of M&M mini’s too. The chocolate was as good as ever.
If you love chocolate and if you love M&M’s, you will love these. Im my personal order of preference, my favourite one has to be the Peanut Block. I just found the taste of the peanuts combined with the chocolate was the best. It’s one I will go back to time and time again. Next would be the hazelnut. Chocolate and Hazelnut is a winning combination too. In joint third, I would put the Chocolate Block and the Crispy one. The chocolate was so good and when you don’t want nuts, this one hit’s the chocolate spot. The Crispy one is also here because it’s nice to have a different texture and flavour to nuts. in forth place is the Crunchy Caramel. Nice to have a caramel one, but the caramel pieces were a little too hard and also brought a burnt / bitterness to the bar. Finally, the almond. The almond was nice, but almond in my eyes doesn’t belong in a chocolate bar. I don’t think it adds any extra flavour. It was nice, but not singing to me. So there we have it folks! Now you can enjoy them too!
