I love chocolate and I love caramel so this ice cream was a match made in heaven. As with the raspberry one, the chocolate on the outside has that smooth finish and it had that great 'crack’ sound when you bite into the ice cream. The chocolate was rich and tasted like proper chocolate and not cheap confectionary chocolate. Underneath the chocolate coating was a layer of caramel sauce and another thin layer of chocolate. The caramel was sticky and it held onto the ice cream well. The ice cream was very creamy and it had a nice vanilla flavour. What I like about the ice cream is that you can taste the cream in it and not just flavouring.

A classic Magnum ice cream with a twist. It didn’t take me long to finish this ice cream. I actually ended up eating two, it was so good. My regular followers will know I don’t tend to eat much ice cream, but I feel like I’m on a roll now. This was an adult’s ice cream dream for sure!
