Hello music lovers! 🎵🎧🎵

I'm still in the summer mood, but autumn is slowly setting in, it's fresh in the morning, the last concert I saw was in a club, not outside.
Anyway, here are some #newtunes, suggestions if you don't know what to listen to over the weekend.

More famous and less famous musicians, covers and new songs. Something for everyone, but if you don't like something, you can just skip it.

Awesome cover (but still not as original) of Cohen's Famous Blue Raincoat. This piece is immortal, no matter who is singing...Bill Frisell on guitar...and other great musicians. Very recommended!

Mizar - Večna praznina

The Macedonian band Mizar has finished a tour that included Ljubljana, Rijeka, and Zagreb. In these three music centers of the former common state (YU), the audience waited with great anticipation for their performances.
The inspiration for the new play 'Eternal Emptiness' was the Adriatic Sea and Rijeka, where Mizar was performing after 17 years.

I am looking at the beautiful Adriatic sea, and I see how this life basically makes no sense. Happy, sad, rich, no money, we all always feel 'Večnu prazninu - Eternal Emptiness' - says frontman Gorazd.

BLACKPINK - Pink Venom M/V

If you're interested in what's happening in pop music right now, listen to the first single, from the album 'Born Pink' by the global band Blackpink.
A mix of all the rhythms, genres, and styles that currently exist, packaged in euphoric-songy vocals, backed by top-notch major-label production. They say it's the first K-pop female group. Right.
The song was first streamed on YT on 19.8, and today, seven days later, it has over 196 million streams. Huh... who could measure up to those...but it sounds like I'm listening to Asian Dub Foundation ...

The National (feat. Bon Iver) - Weird Goodbyes

The National continues the tradition of collaboration with others, both on stage and in the studio. This song was perfect for Justin Vernon (frontman, author, multi-instrumentalist, and lead singer of indie folk band Bon Iver) say the band members, we sent him the material and he liked it and agreed to collaborate. Cool.

Demi Lovato - EAT ME ft. Royal & The Serpent

'Holy Fvck', the global superstar's latest album has surprised music critics with its sharpness. It also features several collaborations with other musicians. For example, this song, which Demi herself says "is a personal journey that starts with pain and rage and ends with reclaiming one's power. It gave me the joy that I had previously missed in making music."
Well, right, if she says so.

IMPERIAL TRIUMPHANT - Merkurius Gilded

New York avant-garde metal band Imperial Triumphant is a new name for me, featuring the track 'Mercury Guilded' from their new fifth album 'Spirit Of Ecstasy'. The song and the whole album were a couple of years in the making, with contributions from black and death metal musicians, as well as members of the New York jazz underground. The controlled chaos, which takes us into art deco and heresy, in the leaden atmosphere of the death metal throaty vocals, works evil and sophisticated at the same time. I feel I can compare them to the British Black Midi, who just as with each new album moves away into something more powerful and unheard.

Samuel Kerridge - Strangled Love

British electronic music producer Samuel Kerridge is a household name in the wider techno music scene. This year's 'Kick To Kill' can once again make a stylistic leap, even one that takes it quite far away from the dominance of electronic sequencing, arguably at once the most rawly noisy and (post)punk songwriting, both of which stand out, especially because this is the work of an electronic music producer who combines contemporary sound production methods, drum sequencing, sonically adventurous cuts, industrial growls, and bass.

Beach House - Once Twice Melody

Beach House, the dream pop duo, has released its eighth album 'Once Twice Melody'.
