Hello music lovers! 📻 🎧 🎤 🎶 🎼 📢

There is a lot of good music in all genres and it seems to me that I should not miss anything.

What a strenuous pace of listening. New sounds heard again and again. This week, well, most of this, mostly pop music, that I’ve listened to and presented here sounds somewhere familiar to me. Like I heard that somewhere before. Like Deja-vu. But that's just the way it feels.

Ulver - 1969

Ulver is one of those pop bands that doesn’t have a clearly recognizable style except that their songs are always reminiscent of something you’ve heard before. Which isn’t to say it’s not original and good.

Washed Out - Face Up

Retro sound from the eighties of the last century. I’d say it’s reminiscent of some songs of Sade.

STRFKR - Golden Light

Again, a pleasant nostalgia for me. Tame Impala from afar. The main melody goes to the ear very quickly which is a feature of all good pop songs.

Still Corners - The Trip

A London duo classified as dream-pop and neo-psychedelic. Melodic guitars and synthesizer sounds create a pleasant comfort.

Hole - Someone Else's Bed

I've never listened to Courtney Love excessively (because of Nirvana ...) but this song is quite expressive and her raspy voice is excellent. One of the more underrated singers of the 1990s.

The Black Angels - Snake In The Grass

In this music, I hear The Doors and Velvet Underground. The circle of samsara turned. Psychedelia is rising again. I will pay attention to this band.

Moderator - My Witch

Moderator, sound producer from Greece invented this, so-called cinematic beat style. The superb blending of genres, rhythms, and styles. I first heard him about a week ago and bought all his music at Bandcamp.
