WOW! What an INCREDIBLE response!!!! I think its fair to say that I am going to need help curating the QOTW soon! THANK YOU to all 30 of you who took part this week and answered the question on Stress Busting. This is clearly a topic close to all our hearts, and i can't think of a time where it was more pertinent than now. Last night I attended a group circle with singing with around 6 people. All of us have been dealing with stress in all its forms, and set the intention to open our hearts and share whatever songs, music or words that we wanted. Communion, music, and cacao were our medicine.. as well as some beautiful hugs! We all need relief, and to distress and it was really wonderful to read the many varied ways of relieving stress that you have shared.
I would like to start by sharing a few snippets from your posts, which make it really easy to get a quick idea of what all of you had to share without having to read 30 posts! It was very interesting to see SO MANY different things that you all do to de stress.. It is clear really that there is no one way to de stress, and that each of us will find our own unique ways to be happy.
LISTENING TO MUSIC:

Going out for a walk on the street and trying to realize the plight of the helpless

I cried to release the pain deep inside.

I pick up my guitar then sit alone in a quite room to play the guitar while closing my eyes
