The human race is the best creature for its advanced brain and mentality. But despite being the best creatures of creation, we have to endure different types of stress busting for different reasons from the beginning to the end of life. We often have to endure different kinds of stress busting because of personal or family or career or the people around us or because of different situations.
But if we do not get out of this stress, then we have to face various problems and there is always unrest in the mind. This stress busting exists in all the people of the world and every person takes different steps to get rid of it. Someone might be perfectly successful. Again others fails a lot. But we always try hard to get out of this problem. I am no exception. However, I am sharing with you some of the techniques that I use.
Going out for a walk on the street and trying to realize the plight of the helpless
This may sound ridiculous but to me it is a very effective technique. When you go out on the street, you meet different classes of people. Especially many helpless people are seen lying or sitting on the sidewalk by the side of the road. Sometimes the stress is much less compared to them. Because I'm much better than them. This thought greatly reduces stress. Then self-satisfaction is created in the mind to be satisfied with one's position. Moreover, other mental stress also decreases.
We often feel stressed because of our extra wants. We feel stress when these extra demands are not met. So when we go out on the streets and see many helpless people comparing ourselves to them, it seems that the Creator has put me well in my place. Then the mind is satisfied and the stress is reduced.
Spending time with loved ones
Where there is love, everything is blind. This is entirely my own opinion.
Love is a divine gift from God to man. When two minds come together and come closer to each other, it is as if a different kind of peace prevails in the mind.Everything is weak in love. Even the stress is lost to love. Honestly, if you spend a few moments with people you love from the heart, there is no emotional stress in that moment. Moreover, everything becomes blind to love. Then the mental stress becomes blind, that is, it moves away from love.
Also occasionally I don’t take any other steps. One of the things I do most is watch funny videos. Besides, I watch different types of funny dramas or movies. As a result it does a lot more to keep stress away. While laughing while watching funny videos, I once forgot about my stress. Moreover, sometimes spending some time alone in silence reduces stress. Sometimes spending some time in nature reduces stress.
