Thank you to everyone who posted for the Mental Health Awareness Month. The response was stunning, and you have collectively shared so many very special posts. Mental health is a leading cause of distress in our world. All of our personal and public affairs are tied into our ability to connect, communicate, and deal with other people. In these modern times things are not quite as black and white as they used to be, and indeed to illustrate the point we even have our genders being further classified with Non-binary or gender-queer toilets now appearing in public areas. Global unrest and the low cost of travel has seen unprecedented numbers of people fleeing from countries that operate under oppressive regimes. We are more mixed up and muddled up than ever before, and our beloved internet has unfortunately not made things any easier. The internet gave us many things, and in some ways it levelled the playing field. Today anyone can achieve great fame and power with or without the aid of our outdated traditional media of TV and radio. We are able to hear ideas and opinions from every corner of the earth, and are exposed to more information and alternative ideas than we can really handle.

We often do not realize how important mental health is. But there are many issues involved with mental health. If we can't maintain good mental health, then we have to deal with various problems and unrest in many ways. This week’s question has been extremely nice and I hope a lot of pretty nice comments and writing will come on this topic. So that we can be more aware of people's mental health and move forward on the path to success in life with a beautiful smiling mind. I will explain my two ideas about mental health in today’s post. First, I will say why mental health problems occur and later I will try to give some idea about how we can overcome it.

Hello friends, this is my first publication in Hive, and I love this initiative led by the communities @ecotrain, @naturalmedecine and Hive Buzz, which I feel it is appropriate to share with you a small part of my personal life related to Mental Health.
Somehow sometimes we all go through moments of mental unrest impacting our emotions in a negative way, preventing the full development of happiness and opportunities, certainly no one escapes from this, however there are scientifically proven cases where the mind suffers from some disorder, and the family and social panorama becomes cloudy.

Bipolarity is a mental illness, a condition that takes away the peace and happiness of the one who suffers it and his family nucleus.
A painful experience that leads the family to experience a series of emotions, feelings, and situations that are difficult to tell.
In Mental Illness Awareness Month, I want to point out Bipolarity. This illness is regularly accompanied by other similar conditions.

Some accept that fear and stress affect only the mental health of the individual, but it also affects the strength of the body as well, and there are short and long term effects that may occur to the body due to fear and stress, as this may lead to chaos. But now it is a raising concern. Specially in the urban area people are facing different types of mental health related problems at different ages in different formats. Baby's Mental Health Any format of mental health is to be treated seriously because it's impact may be dangerous. I want to focus on the baby's mental health and proper development. A child is grown up day by day with his physical and mental growth. It is very important to monitor their health either that's growth is on the expected level or not.

The awareness of mental health and life in today is everyone's responsibility, this is no longer about mental illness that we just see as ordinary people suffering from a mental illness on the street or a mental hospital but everyone has access to mental illness, no matter our circumstances. poor, famous, rich, having a good spiritual life, whatever. The high suicide rate, the loss of our sympathy & compassion for others, that's what we see now, all starting with restless souls. And began to question ourselves that perhaps it also contributed to the cause of someone experiencing depression.
The importance of Mental Health in Our Life, My Experience! [EN] // La importancia de la Salud Mental en Nuestra Vida, Mi Experiencia! [ES]
Mental health is as important as physical health, in fact, I am one of those who think that they go hand in hand because our brain is so complex and perfect that it is capable of making us believe that we are sick or healthy when the reality is different. For a long time, I was under a strong depression that made me have episodes of anxiety and fear, because I felt such strong pain in my chest that for moments I thought my life was going away, so strong is the lack of mental health, because yes, depression is mental, but it can affect directly and very strongly our whole body.
With Mental Health Awareness Month my contribution to this awareness is sharing what currently brings me mental well being...
One thing that is very relevant for me right now is handling stress levels and the importance of having balance - read a previous post on keeping a balance here. I recently returned to work in the schools with the Pre-K "Play and Exploration" program (been back in school 2 months now.)
The changes bought about by Covid has really bought the stress levels up. Many of the changes that were required were contrary to what we were trying to bring to the children and families in this program. Luckily our numbers for enrollment were down so it was easier to manage with the changes.
Shine Light On Mental Health Issues (A Personal Experience)
There's degradation, uncanny events and bizare happenings in the human society, as we keep making progress with science and technology so also are we tapping deeper into the delicate aspect of the human mind thereby challenging our mental wellness, our psychological abilities to be able to cope with our fellow human and our ever changing environment. In my case it was a physical and emotional trauma which I passed through as a result of having breakdown with my biological health conditions and being brought up in a toxic family with a father and mother who always fough and argued and beat themselves to stupor. I had a manipulative mother who would fight and quarrel with the neighbors and kept us indoors always because she felt our neighborhood was corrupted and we needn't keep any friends.

Even sometimes some poet also ask about the potentiality of productivity of poetry.

Actually there is no direct outcome or productivity of literature... But if you keep concerne about the mental health issue.. then literature has a great impact and influence in our life.

Emotional wellness in the work environment is an important part of worker care. However, when you hear that there is a course that manages topics like nervousness, depression, self-destruct considerations, nutritional issues and more. Your first meditations are along the lines of: "This isn't mine" or "Why would people want to discuss these things?"
If it is, then you are not alone, and these considerations are certainly natural. Across our relationship, in every area, emotional wellness is a topic that should be talked about as the accompanying facts show:
1 in 4 individuals will be expected to have some type of emotional well-being problem ultimately in their life.

OCD equals weird
Not talking about the @ocd account / Community here btw, for those wondering. I'm referring to the "obsessive compulsive disorder" here. I don't know if you can relate to this, but back in the days, when I never even knew anyone dealing with this, I used to think people with OCD were all a bit weird, touching the doorknobs 10 times before leaving the house, or brushing their teeth X amount of times before it was fine, and with one error in the brushing routine, start all over again.
Media made me stereotype OCD Of course, this happens with a lot of things, so this is no exception. We see something repeatedly on tv and we think it's normal. Even if we don't think about it, our mind makes us "save" this info in our brain, for when we think about it in the future. I think it's quite nasty to think about these tv shows mocking people with OCD, making fun of the most common compulsions people deal with. If you look at these people, you see they aren't having fun feeling the need to repeat stuff that many times, so why on earth would you make fun of them?
My own views on mental health problems and solutions
I do not consider any individual or group to be mentally ill or suffering from mental problems alone. Because all the people in the world are mentally deranged. What are you thinking? I said something wrong. I think I'm right. When we try to get something. Then until we get that object, we suffer from mental problems. In all areas of life, when we do not get what we want, we suffer from mental health problems. We are currently very aware. So we have to get out of this problem. Here are some common causes and solutions to our mental problems
Hive, a light in middle of everything
Even in adverse situations, the person who treasures life does not think about losing it.
In the situation in which we are currently living, in the poverty in which Venezuela is immersed, in the emotional crisis that many people have suffered due to being separated from their families, in the hardships of everyday life, Venezuelans are increasing their level of depression, their level of stress, a whirlwind of things that happen around him and that inevitably drag him down, wrap him up, whip him up, because simply, it is the situations of the country in which we live that cause the emotional stress, the depression, the declining mental health that the great majority of Venezuelans have.
