@trucklife-family although starting to feel a bit overwhelmed still was able to see the positive and bought up some wonderful points looking at this current global situation from that side. Along with that she gave six things that help her to remain positive and balanced!

@nainaztengra situation had been a little dire even before this lockdown began but through it all, along with the lockdown placed on top of it, she has remained positive, sending out her good vibes and even helped others through some tough times too! She attributes her strength to her meditation practice which she does on a daily basis and encourages others to do that too!

speaking from looking at the situation positively with matters like it has bought back family intimacy, opened our eyes to see how, with all this uncertainty, we choose to spend our time and with whom and how it evokes creativity to look for alternatives so we can enjoy the moment!

If you can play with kids and become kid like this is a great distraction, keeping your mind off the negative. Smile and she suggested to meditate or pray knowing it may not be easy but it will pass so find in yourself the ability to adapt.
