@trucklife-family although starting to feel a bit overwhelmed still was able to see the positive and bought up some wonderful points looking at this current global situation from that side. Along with that she gave six things that help her to remain positive and balanced!

@nainaztengra situation had been a little dire even before this lockdown began but through it all, along with the lockdown placed on top of it, she has remained positive, sending out her good vibes and even helped others through some tough times too! She attributes her strength to her meditation practice which she does on a daily basis and encourages others to do that too!

not allow circumstances, however serious, to take control of our lives.
speaking from looking at the situation positively with matters like it has bought back family intimacy, opened our eyes to see how, with all this uncertainty, we choose to spend our time and with whom and how it evokes creativity to look for alternatives so we can enjoy the moment!

@josediccus reminds us that we can choose whether we'll be positive or negative. And although he has witnessed crime and lots of greed he has chosen to remain positive by cultivating a positive mindset through faith, hope and finding
being Spiritual helps you maintain peace of mind
That and staying connected and sharing with the people he loves the most.

@antoniarhuiz reminds us to stay calm and take care of our mental health. Keep our emotional, mental and spiritual balance. Using your creativity and occupying yourself with things you enjoy.

If you can play with kids and become kid like this is a great distraction, keeping your mind off the negative. Smile and she suggested to meditate or pray knowing it may not be easy but it will pass so find in yourself the ability to adapt.

@porters had made it a practise to ensure she remains positive and upbeat when she was working with the young kids in Pre-K and kept that going once she was told to remain home. If you are curious of how she does that she describes it in her post.
