Morning All,

Last night I decided to have another protein brownie as my dinner was quite heavy and I wanted something sweet to go with my tea in the evening. I bought a few single brownies, cookies and bars whilst they were on offer. This one I hadn’t had before, so I thought I’d try this one.

Protein Works - Choc Peanut Butter

I didn’t think I was going to like this brownie as much as I enjoyed some other snacks, but this one surprised me. I do love peanut butter and chocolate, but something told me this wasn’t going to be tasty. I was wrong! This was one of the nicest protein brownies I ever had. Again it was soft and chewy and full of chocolate flavour. I can’t really say there was a peanut butter taste, but the brownie did have very small pieces of peanut throughout. It was really nice.

I’d most certainly have this one again. I had to eat it so slowly to make it last. It had such a great chocolate taste and I loved the little pieces of nut in the brownie. It was 10 calories more than the others I’ve had. This one was 131 calories. I really could eat more than one of these, but I know with calories like that, really you should only be eating one.
