Hello Sweeties,

My husband bought this bag of chocolate treats at the end of last year. I always think to myself 'Please stop buying random chocolate treats as I'm the only one who eats them and we already have too much in the house!' However, after I had these, I was glad he did. Here's what I made of them.

Munchies Salted Caramel Fudge Pouch

"MUNCHIES® Salted Caramel Fudge Sharing Bag! Delicious milk chocolate cubes encasing a salted caramel fudge flavour and crunchy biscuit centre, making them the ideal treat to share with family and friends."

These squares were bigger than normal Munchies. I thought there wasn't going to be many in the pouch, but in fact there was quite a lot. The chocolate round the outside was your standard confectionary chocolate. The caramel on the inside was sweet and buttery and it was firm and soft. Not chewy caramel and not runny caramel. It was just right. I really liked the little bit of the crunch coming from the little biscuit in the centre. These were really nice. If I could change anything I would say to make the caramel more salty as to me I couldn't really get much salt. Also make the biscuit a little bit bigger too. I think these squares could easily have handled it.

I would have these again if they were given to me, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase them. Not because I didn't enjoy them. I did. My tastebuds just prefer better quality chocolate like Belgian chocolate. Also I prefer to have a slab or truffles as opposed to a bag of chocolate treats. They just don't really satisfy me in the way other chocolates do.
