My husband bought these crisps and I wanted to try them as I really like the flavour chipotle. This is what I thought about them.
Tesco Finest Smoked Chipotle Chilli Jam Crisps

I took a handful of crisps. They looked like they were covered in seasoning as they had a really good colour to them. I took the first crisp and put it in my mouth. Yep, very crispy crunchy. The thing is, is that there wasn't much flavour at all. I had another crisp. Closed my eyes and batted my tongue and lips to try and figure out the flavour. I got nothing. Although I knew what it said on the bag, the taste was not as expected. All I got was a bit of heat and a bit of smoky sweet flavour, but that was it. Nothing like the flavour that is advertised.
These were very unusual in taste, and not in a good way. You couldn't tell what flavour you were having. The taste was absolutely nothing as described. Just a really odd taste that didn't belong together. I passed on having anymore crisps and I certainly wouldn't waste my money on them. Horrible!
