Hello All,

The other night I wanted something sweet yet savoury. I remembered we had these biscuits in the cupboard. They have been sat in the cupboard for ages! I really didn't fancy them and I was a bit annoyed that my husband had bought two packets as I knew he wouldn't eat them and it would be down to me. Anyway, I had these with milk.

Mcvities Ginger Nuts

"Crunchy Ginger Biscuits."

I do love a ginger nut and it has been ages since I had any. I opened the packet and gave four biscuits to my husband. I took my first one and dunked it in my milk. The biscuit sucked up the milk nicely and it wasn't so soft that the biscuit falls into your cuppa or milk on this occasion. The ginger nut was soft and mushy just how I like it. It had a great hot ginger taste and what I like about these is that there is a hint of salt and you can taste that along with the sweetness of the biscuit. I have eaten these without dunking, but I find they are really hard to bite, especially as I am having treatment on my teeth, hence why I like to dunk these in milk or tea. The only thing is, by doing this they are so moorish and I ended up eating the whole packet minus the four that I gave to my husband.

You can't go wrong with a Mcvities ginger nut. I think they're probably the best ginger nut around.
