Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.

Astra Militarum, Cadian Castellan

A Cadian Castellan is a senior officer of the Astra Militarum, as the name would suggest - from Cadia. Cadia itself might be nothing but a pile of ash, but many Regiments of the Cadian Shock Troopers were sent to all corners of the galaxy.
Thus, you will still be able to field the Cadians for as long as there are Cadians, Cadia still Stands!
The Castellan is 45pts and costs $37.

This model comes with a Close Combat Weapon, Las Pistol and a Chainsword.
The Las Pistol, very weak, can be exchanged for a Bolt pistol or a Plasma Pistol. I honestly cannot see a reason to play anything other than the Plasma Pistol.
He can exchange his Chainsword for a Boltgun, Powerfist or Power Weapon.

12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+. S8, AP-3 and 2 Damage each.

Hazardous (After using this weapon, roll a dice for each hazardous weapon that fired in this unit, on a roll of a one, one model takes 3 Mortal Wounds)
Boltgun
24" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 3+. S4, AP 0 and 1 Damage each.
Rapid Fire 1 (The weapon gets an additional attack if the target is within half range of 12")

2 Attacks, Hitting on 4+. S3, AP 0 and 1 Damage each.
Chainsword
5 Attacks, Hitting on 3+. S3, AP 0 and 1 Damage each.

Thoughts
The Cadian Castellan is a solid choice. The ability to give the unit Sustained Hits 1 on ranged weapons means that I would probably want to pair this Castellan with a unit with nice Gun options!
That makes 10 Astra Militarum Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 11.23% Completed. The total Completed is 16.27% Complete! Can I review them all?!
