Kind Boys Don't Fall From Heaven
"I wish handsome boys fell down from heaven!", my classmate squealed in delight as they talked about a famous soap opera they watched yesterday night.
I scoffed and almost snorted when I heard what she said.
'She sounds so stupid!', I thought harshly while resting my head on my palm.
Handsome boys have been a hot topic lately, and unfortunately, my girl classmates have been incessantly discussing them non-stop since the time they finished their lunches.

The Ordinary
“Okay. I will be your guide. But next time, if you get caught moving about after curfew, it might not be good for you. Come on.” Nikka nodded in response and walked beside him with her head bowed a little. She was pondering through her options and wondering how she was going to give this guy the slip.
“I really wanted to see the center of the Icicle. I heard it's awesome.” She said.
“You bet. It's a wonderful sight. Come on, I will show you.”

Aurora, the princess
The next morning, when Aurora was indicating to the nurse who was taking over, the news they had had, Jacinto expressed to her in a leisurely manner:
"Majesty, after the first cannon shot, others followed, but I was able to respond to the onslaught of the enemy, who finally went to entrench themselves in the forest",_ Jacinto recounted lying down and looking straight ahead at Aurora, who was checking her pulses:
"Well, Hyacinth, in the name of the kingdom and of my father, you will be decorated with the highest recognition: the platinum sword. I must thank you for your brave and fierce fight".

Silent Night, Holy Night.
My dad pulled his chair closer to mine, and this time I could see the little wrinkles at the side of his eyes, and his white teeth, and I could smile at his fragrance already. He stretched out his hands to me, held my hands, and spoke
"You see, this is only proof that your spirit, man, is weak. You eat every day to become strong, but you are not feeding your soul. Don't you know your soul needs food too?" He asked me, and I shook my head, giving him a no.

A new hope
“Forgive me, Askar, you know distrust is my friend.” He looked at the two of them and crossed his legs to seek comfort in the old chair. “What has brought me here is the matter of Mardok...” Xilas paused while ordering a glass of wine, then continued his story. “Our spies have informed us that Mardok is ill and that the wise men of the kingdom are desperate to find a cure.”
Hamulet took the floor, “It is great news. The tyrant will finally fall.” The beautiful warrior's face lit up at Xilas' words.
“It is the moment we have been waiting for. That is why we must act immediately, attack the castle, and overthrow the tyrant. We must do it before the sages find the cure.” Xilas pounded the table frantically.

The partner
"Miss Ella, Mr. Davild be moving to another department." My Rasaq broke the news to me three months later. I was shocked and angry, hoping it was not true. I had gotten used to David and I could not imagine us working apart.
"But sir, he still has some lessons to learn." I protested.
"That's not a problem. He has gained the basics. I trust you'll adjust." My Rasaq reassured.
