Not that we didn’t know that. There is a plenty of literature on the topic, with the most prominent authors like Nicolo Machiavelli, Yevgeny Zamyatin, Aldous Huxley and, of course, the inevitable George Orwell. All the dystopias they described have been overcome today.
Modern totalitarianism is no longer, as in their dystopia, limited to monster-states. Today it has a global nature and no longer looks back at reality. It has completely mastered the media, finance, science and state governments, thus gaining unimaginable power that allows it to ignore reality and instead dictate fake reality – by force.
As we have already mentioned, motto of a new global order is “If the facts do not correspond to the propaganda – so much the worse for the facts!” Or, as new globalist puppet would say: “We choose science over fiction. We choose truth over facts!” Yes, their ‘truth’ does not need facts. Media simulacrum is enough to rule the World.
It is difficult for a normal person to understand such a scope of lies. Therefore, normal people tend to gather and discuss what is actually happening. How is this possible? A whole array of questions like Peter Lavelle tried to unravel with his guests, Tom Borelli, Daniel Bonevac, and John Laughland:
How to define the word “reality”? Something like this: The state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them. To say the least, this is a philosophical definition. Let’s throw in politics now. Is there one political reality? Can and should one be enforced? Would this, in the end, produce a Ministry of Truth?
It is nice to know that the roots of this problem lies in Martin Heidegger’s philosophy, in the thoughts of Frankfurt School of critical theory formulated by Herbert Marcuse and Karl Popper’s empirical falsification. That might be interesting for certain intellectual circles, but I’m afraid the sanity has already left the station. Explaining the situation is not important, as the truth is not important any more. The thing is simple: Ministry of Truth already exists and it stares at us every day through TV sets. So heavy bending of reality needs ever more force applied to global population. The discussion should be formulated around one question only: How to respond efficiently to a growing repression? Too long agreeing on a diagnosis inevitably leads the patient to die…
All the civilized mechanisms of democracy were established to allow resolving problems peacefully, through dialogue and appreciation of the facts. When you quash all of them, the only remaining means is – violence.
