Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I’m sharing a recipe for cabbage and carrots as a healthy lunch option. It’s simple to make and uses easily available ingredients. The dish has a savory, sweet, and spicy flavor, and the juicy beef adds even more depth to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 baby cabbage
  • 50 grams of beef
  • 5 red chili peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • a little vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Cut the beef into small pieces and marinate with baking soda and salt for 15 minutes

  • Wash the vegetables under running water

  • Cut the carrots lengthwise and set aside

  • Cut the baby cabbage and set aside

  • Slice the red chili peppers and set aside

  • Mince the garlic and onion

  • Heat the oil, then stir-fry the marinated meat until tender

  • Add the garlic and onion

  • Stir-fry until fragrant

  • Add the sliced chili peppers and stir-fry briefly

  • Add water and bring to a boil

  • Add the carrot pieces and cook until half-done

  • Add the cabbage pieces and sauté until slightly wilted

  • Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce

  • Crack the eggs and add them to the vegetables

  • Cook until done

  • Serve on a plate and stir-fried cabbage with egg and beef are ready to eat
