Todays 2nd recipe is of Chicken Manchurian espe for Chinese Food Lovers. Its my favorite. Its made of tender chicken from inside and crispy golden crust on the outer side with comb of sweet and tangy flavors. The taste doubles if combined with Chinese rice.
800g boneless chicken
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 egg
Salt to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp crushed red chili
2 tbsp cornflour
• For Manchurian Sauce
4 carrots (julienned)
2 bunches spring onions
3 medium onions
2 bell peppers
½ cup ghee or oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3 tbsp soy sauce

In a large bowl, add chicken and mix Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp crushed red chili 1 tbsp salt
1 egg 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chili sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp cornflour
Mix everything well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After that, deep fry the chicken in a pot
In a frying pan
Add ½ cup ghee Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté lightly
Then add:
Chopped vegetables (carrot, onion, bell pepper, etc.)
Sauté lightly
Now add: 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tbsp chili sauce 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp crushed red chili Mix well and cook properly
Add the fried chicken Mix 2 tbsp cornflour in 1 cup water and add it to the panStir well until slightly thick
Turn off the stove
Yummy Chicken Vegetables Manchurian is ready to serve its recommended to serve with egg fried rice .
