Hello, how are you? Do you have difficulty deciding what to eat for lunch, or at the same time don't want to take too long to cook, or wanted simple but still have vegetables in it? I have a dish perfect for you.
I never thought that combining egg and cabbage on the same plate was possible until I saw a video online making it, and I got curious because sometimes eating the same dish every time is so overwhelming, so I tried this, and I really like it so much that whenever we have cabbage, I always cook this one.
In a pan, add a teaspoon of margarine and a teaspoon of cooking oil. I add cooking oil to prevent margarine to burn on process of cooking and I supposed to use butter, but we ran out of it, so butter is better.
Add the beaten eggs. I set the fire to low heat first in order not to nut burn the margarine.
Set the heat to high and mix the egg until the texture turns solid, and then I season it with ground pepper and all-in-one seasoning.
The egg should look like this, and then set it aside for later.
In the same pan, I added half a teaspoon of margarine and cooking oil. Add the garlic and red onion sautee them until the aroma comes out.
Then I added the cabbage and seasoned it with ground pepper and all-in-one seasoning just like I did to the eggs earlier. Saute it for half a minute.
And then I added about 1/4 cup of hot water and cooked until almost all the water evaporated.
And then I added a teaspoon of soy sauce, poured it around the cabbage for even distribution.
Add oyster sauce next. I added about 3 tablespoons of it. Mix.
Then after that, I added the egg I cooked earlier and mixed it into the cabbage.
Perfect to eat when still hot.
