Saludos mis queridos amigos de Plant Power (Vegan), es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un refrescante Papelón con Limón; y es que estos primeros días del año han sido bastante calurosos aquí en la isla, por eso en casa decidimos hacer este sabroso jugo. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.
Greetings my dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a refreshing Papelon with Lemon; and it is that these first days of the year have been quite hot here on the island, so at home we decided to make this tasty juice. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.
Ingredientes:
• 1 papelón de cono
• 1/2 kilo de limón
• 2 litros de agua
• Hielo a gusto

Vamos a iniciar colocando una olla con el agua al fuego para derretir nuestro papelón (de esta manera me gusta mas porque se derrite mucho mas rapido). Aunque también lo puedes derretir rallando el papelón por el lado grande del rallador y remojar en agua fría por unas horas hasta que se desintegre totalmente. Una vez que se ha derretido vamos a colar aun caliente, después reservamos.

Although you can also melt it by grating the papelon on the large side of the grater and soaking it in cold water for a few hours until it completely disintegrates. Once it has melted, we are going to strain it while it is still hot, then we reserve it.
Ahora con ayuda de un exprimidor de limón vamos a obtener el jugo de los limones.
Now with the help of a lemon squeezer we are going to obtain the juice of the lemons.
Seguidamente vamos a incorporar el jugo de limón en un envase, para luego agregar el papelón y ya estaria listo nuestro refrescante jugo.
Next we are going to incorporate the lemon juice in a container, and then add the papelon and our refreshing juice would be ready.
Después añadimos en dos vasos hielo, luego incorporamos nuestro papelón con limón; decoramos el borde del vaso con una rodaja de limón y ya podemos disfrutar de este delicioso papelón con limón. Con estas cantidades nos rinden para tres litros.
Then we add ice in two glasses, then we incorporate our papelon with lemon; We decorate the edge of the glass with a slice of lemon and now we can enjoy this delicious papelon with lemon. With these quantities they give us three liters.
