50 New shares became available in Level 18 of the 
I'm honestly quite shocked what's been going on on Steemit with the whale / ocd flagging war on every kind of bid bot or tribe upvote which is highly inconsistent and simply bullies small / mid-sized accounts making it impossible for them to get anything going unless they are lucky to be inside of the curation circle. (Read @ocd Downvotes Reply and many more of these posts by people that have been targeted)
I won't do anything impulsive just yet shutting down this project paying back all the invested steem to the shareholders, but it might take longer to open up new levels as steem right now fell down on my priority list and I won't be putting nearly as much time into it anymore.
The minimum promised upvote % for each share currently is 1.05% (1000 / 950 Shares). With many inactive shares and shareholders that gave up on the platform or aren't making a post every day, it is currently set at 3.00% making sure all unused upvotes flow back to active shareholders exactly as the model was designed.
Each share represents an equal % of the Powered Up SP in the account. This puts the base value for each share currently at (4751SP/ 950 Shares) = 5.001 STEEM. Curation Reward Dividends were also introduced and they will be paid out every time a new level is about to open up. (See First payouts)
