@upvoteshares is a curation project from @costanza that aims to provide reliable upvotes based on a fair model that has proven to be sustainable and scalable over time. This Project is mainly aimed at Quality Bloggers with a long-term mindset. The model mechanics are better explained here.

Level 39
This will be the last level for new shares to be created with a total coming at 2000 completing the goal of the project. This level mainly will be for existing shareholders who aim to even up their shares (Some have already been reserved (see below). If they aren't sold before Wednesday, they will be opened to new Shareholders. Also, 100 old shares likely will become available so those who still want in after the 50 now are sold out will be put on a list to get those.

At any given time, the amount of HP in the account will at least be 10% higher compared to the current share price based on the number of shares. [ Example Level 39 Price = 5.540 HIVE| Minimum Powered Up HP in Account = (5.540 HIVE x 2000 SHARES)x1.1 = 12188 HP ]

Each share represents an equal minimum daily voting % from the account that can be calculated. For Level 39 this is 1000% / 2000 Shares = 0.50% Upvote.

This is the Minimum Guaranteed number in case every single share is active and all daily upvotes are used without counting any of the value-creating mechanisms the project offers. The minimum value goes up each time a new level is reached because shares will always become more expensive as the account grows and extra HP is being added to each new level. Those who got in on previous levels paid less for each share and have increased their minimum return a bit (see numbers). To compensate for the 50/50 curation rewards the program also pays out Curation Dividend Rewards each time a new level is reached. The latest payout report can be found here. Once all shares are out, the Hive Power in the account above 12465HP belongs to shareholders equal to the number of shares they own.

The project has been going for years and all the value-creating mechanisms are starting to show results as the 0.50% minimum promised daily upvote was set at 2.8% in the previous levels which is where it will remain as the Voting Power managed to hold up. At this point, I will likely keep the 2.8% and adjust it properly in case the bull market causes many people who left Hive to come back. This might result in a big drop for those with fewer shares in case all the bigger shareholders end up making daily posts. All existing shareholders always got their shares at a cheaper price compared to what these percentages are based on, Curation Reward Dividends are being paid out and the Tribe Upvotes are also being distributed. This is all done in a way that nobody is losing their initial investment because of a solid model that simply works providing excellent value for what needs to be contributed!

Every Upvote Share comes with 1 Minnow Share that can be sponsored. The ones that get sponsored get on the auto-upvote list from the @minnowshares account until the next level is reached. Everyone who manages to get sponsored 9 Minnow Shares over time can claim 1 Upvote Share.
The account of every Shareholder will be followed by the @upvoteshares account, this increases the followers_mvest which potentially helps to get extra support from other programs.

I will close down Level Level 39 once it get sold out and put anyone who didn't manage to get the shares they wanted on a reserve list in case 100 old shares become available. Once that Is done, I will make a complete list of all shareholders and the values of their shares they will be returned in case the project ever would come to an end. I also got some delegation from the previous levels but it looks like dlease ended so I have to submit them again along with the lease that comes with Level 39.
