Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? Wish you had a great day. Today I was in the mood for porridge, but I didn’t make it with rice. This time, I made porridge using instant noodles—and surprisingly, the texture turned out just right without needing to cook it for a long time. Once it’s done, you can add your favorite toppings. Okay, let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Indomie Soto-flavored noodles
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml water
  • 50 ml soto broth
  • crackers
  • celery
  • sausage

Steps:

  • Take the noodles and put them in a blender

  • Turn on the blender and blend the noodles until they become a powder like this

  • Transfer the noodle powder to a pan

  • Add water to the pan

  • Add the soto broth

  • Turn on the heat and cook briefly until it thickens

  • Add the instant noodle seasoning packet (without the oil)

  • Mix them well

  • Once it becomes a porridge, turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate

  • Boil the egg for 10 minutes

  • Peel the eggs and cut them in half

  • Add the oil-based seasoning from the instant noodles to the plate

-Top with the egg halves, sausage and chopped celery leaves

  • Add crackers

  • The Porridge Made from Instant Noodles is ready to eat
