For me any hobby has always been connected with excitement and a good mood regardless of whether I had to wake up too early or not.
And there was a time when every Saturday of the summer I went to a new forest to look for mushrooms unless of course, I had fishing planned.
Mushroom picking is a hunt, excitement sometimes a reason to laugh for example when someone tells you that there are no mushrooms in this forest and you find a lot of mushrooms and laugh at the inattentive pessimists.
My next drawing is a caricature or a cartoon about the excitement of the mushroom season which I drew on a sheet of paper using pencils with a graphite rod.
Work on this drawing was completed in January 2023, this is not the right time for mushroom picking but I missed such a quiet hunt and decided to depict it on paper.
The essence of the drawing is as follows: An old granny came to the field to milk her cow but she accidentally saw mushrooms in the grass and realized that the mushroom season had begun!
The cow knocked over a bucket of milk grabbed the bucket and ran into the forest to pick mushrooms leaving the stunned granny with her incomprehension of the situation.
Yes, cows seem boring to us as animals that see only grass in front of them I decided to change that a little.
Cows are much smarter than they seem and if they are at least sometimes playful then they also have a sense of excitement.
But maybe it’s good that cows don’t compete with me when picking mushrooms they would probably be more successful than me in this matter.
And also it's good that cows do not draw lol.
