โ 50 g. rice noodles (uncooked)
โ 90 g. tofu (I use the "Marinated" type but plain is fine)
โ A quarter of red pepper (60 g.)
โ Half of a small onion
โ 2 cloves of garlic
โ 4-5 fresh champignons (about 40 g.)
โ 2 tablespoons of peanut butter ("smooth" type)
โ 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
โ 2 teaspoons of agave syrup
โ 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
โ 3 tablespoons of water
โ A pinch of cayenne pepper
โ 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
โ Sesame seeds for serving
