Let's serve something different as today's menu for the family!
Stir-fried Koro Beans
Koro beans, a type of bean that has a very soft texture and has a taste that is very different from other types of beans. There are many menus that can be prepared from these beans, even if you boil or fry them they are very tasty.
Previously I made curry from koro beans, but what happens if the koro beans are stir-fried with other accompanying ingredients. Like tofu, for example, which has a soft texture which is definitely very tasty. Making the curry yesterday made me want to go back to tasting these koro beans even when I combine it with white rice at lunch, making me forget and wasting so much time.
Stir in the koro beans, with a few other ingredients to make it even more different. If normally peanuts are just so-so this looks perfect, there are even so many taste wonders that I had never thought of before. So let's cook with me now!
