Koro beans, a type of bean that has a very soft texture and has a taste that is very different from other types of beans. There are many menus that can be prepared from these beans, even if you boil or fry them they are very tasty.

Previously I made curry from koro beans, but what happens if the koro beans are stir-fried with other accompanying ingredients. Like tofu, for example, which has a soft texture which is definitely very tasty. Making the curry yesterday made me want to go back to tasting these koro beans even when I combine it with white rice at lunch, making me forget and wasting so much time.
