Feliz noche amigos de Plant Power (Vegan) hoy les traigo una receta bastante fácil ya que estamos de acuerdo que muchas veces los domingos no tenemos muchas ganas de cocinar. Hoy decidí unir dos de los ingredientes que más me gustan para cocinar como lo son el cilantro y el ajo y decidí preparar una salsa para comer con pasta. Hoy también fue la primera vez que use la leche de avena para preparar una crema y la verdad que me gustó bastante. Es increíble como podemos reemplazar algunos ingredientes y preparar comidas solo a base de plantas. Espero les guste esta receta tanto como a mi.	Happy night friends of Plant Power (Vegan) today I bring you a fairly easy recipe since we agree that many times on Sundays we don't feel like cooking. Today I decided to combine two of the ingredients that I like the most to cook, such as coriander and garlic, and I decided to prepare a sauce to eat with pasta. Today was also the first time that I used oat milk to prepare a cream and the truth is that I really liked it. It's amazing how we can replace some ingredients and prepare only plant-based meals. I hope you like this recipe as much as I do.

Ingredientes: - 30 gr de cilantro. - 4 dientes de ajo. - 1 cucharada de aceite de onoto. - 2 tazas de leche de avena. - 1 cucharada de fecula de maíz. - sal al gusto. - una pizca de pimienta negra. - 500 gr de pasta.	Ingredients: - 30 gr of cilantro. - 4 cloves of garlic. - 1 tablespoon of annatto oil. - 2 cups of oat milk. - 1 tablespoon of corn starch. - salt to taste. - a pinch of black pepper. - 500 gr of pasta.

Vamos a comenzar colocando una cucharada de aceite en el sartén donde vamos a preparar la crema.	We are going to start by placing a tablespoon of oil in the pan where we are going to prepare the cream.

Una vez el aceite de caliente vamos a agregar el cilantro que cortamos finamente y el ajo que lo rallamos también finamente, vamos a mezclar para que el ajo y el cilantro no se quemen. Ahora vamos a agregar las dos tazas de leche de avena, no se si la hice muy bien coloque en remojo 1/4 de taza de avena en hojuelas y dejé por una hora, luego licue con el agua y pase por un colador para retirar los restos de avena. Y para que nuestra crema espece i'm poco vamos a agregar una cucharada de fecula de maíz y vamos a comenzar a mezclar con un batidor de mano hasta que la mezcla comience a espesar lo suficiente y vamos a retirar del fuego. Una vez la pasta está lista la vamos a colar y agregar la crema, cómo pueden ver la crema aquí ya estaba un poco más fria y pueden ver que se ve más espesa. La vamos a agregar a la pasta y vamos a mezclar bien para que toda la pasta tenga de esta crema tan deliciosa.
