El casco histórico de la Asunción tiene algo mágico sin lugar a dudas. Hace mucho tiempo quería ir a caminar por las calles de la Asunción y finalmente mi amiga me acompaño y tomamos unas fotos muy lindas.
Good evening, Hive Margarita friends! Tonight, I want to share some photos we took this week in La Asunción undoubtedly one of my favorite places on the island. The historic center of La Asunción has a certain magic to it. I had been wanting to walk the streets of La Asunción for a long time; finally, a friend joined me, and we took some lovely photos.
Este día iba a comer con mi mejor amiga por su cumpleaños, pero yo llegue antes y estuve un rato sentada en la plaza bolivar y estuve observando que la plaza está muy linda. Todas las plantas muy bien cuidadas y todos los hermosos murales que tiene la Asunción me tienen realmente enamorada.
I was meeting my best friend for lunch that day to celebrate her birthday, but I arrived early and spent some time sitting in Plaza Bolívar, admiring how lovely the square looked. The plants were so well-tended, and I am truly in love with all the beautiful murals found in La Asunción.

Comenzamos a caminar para ver los hermosos murales que cubren las calles de La Asunción, solo tome fotos de algunos y hubo uno que estuvimos buscando y no lo encontramos así que debemos volver para buscarlo y tomar una foto. La Asunción siempre ha sido un lugar hermoso pero hoy en día es mucho más bello con todos estos murales tan coloridos. Y que llama la atención de los turistas.
We set out on foot to see the beautiful murals that cover the streets of La Asunción; I only took photos of a few, and there was one we looked for but couldn't find, so we’ll have to go back to search for it and snap a picture. La Asunción has always been a beautiful place, but today it is even more stunning thanks to all these colorful murals, which really catch the eye of tourists.
Algo que también nos encantó es esta especie de pequeña librería dónde las personas dejan algunos libros y otras personas pueden llegar a leer. Mi amiga estuvo viendo a ver qué libros había.
Something else we loved is this sort of little book exchange where people leave books and others can come and read them. My friend was looking to see what books were there.
Luego simplemente estuvimos sentadas un buen rato en la plaza, disfrutando de la tranquilidad del lugar.
Then we simply sat in the square for a good while, enjoying the tranquility of the place.
