50 grams Butter
125 ml water
75 grams plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
Pinch Baking Powder
2 Eggs
Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Melted Dark Cooking Chocolate
Strawberry sliced or fruit your desire
Prepare medium saucepan and bring the butter and water to boiling point.
Remove the heat and add flour, baking powder and salt then beat for a fwe minutes over gently heat with wooden spoon until the paste forms a ball and the sides of the saucepan are clean.
Cooling down for moment and add the Eggs, mix with mixer machine about 1 minutes.
Scape the paste into a forcing bag and using a plain round1/2" pipe force it onto a baking sheet that already smear with butter, making fingers approximately 3 1/2" / 8 cm.
Bake in 200C degree for about 30 minutes until well risen, golden and crisp.
slit each eclair down the side to allow steam to escape, place on a rack to cooling down.
When cold, fill with Vanilla / Chocolate Ice Cream or you can fill it with the whipped cream or both of them and fill it with the fruit too....hmm yummy
Don't forget spread melted Chocolate on top of your eclairs for sweetness. .
