2 slices of Red Snapper
4 Garlic, slices
1 inch Ginger, smashed
1 1/2 inch Galangal, smashed
1 inch Turmeric, smashed
2 Lemon Grass, smashed
3 tablespoon Tamarind Water
6 Cayenne
1 Tomato
1 1/2 cup Water
Salt and Sugar
Heat water and enter the galangal, garlic, red onion, turmeric, lemon grass wait till boiling and enter the fish and tamarind water, seasoning with salt ans sugar.
When fish is cooked add in cayenne, cook about 2 minutes more and off the fire
Prepare the serving bowl and serve with warm white rice.
