100 grams Turkish Delight, 1/2 cm chopped
350 grams White Cooking Chocolate, melted
60 grams Butter, melted
50 grams Pistachio, raw chopped
150 grams Brazil Peanuts, raw chopped
15 grams Young Coconut, raw chopped
In large bowl mix white chocolate with butter till soft and shine, add in pistachio, peanuts,coconut and turkish delight, blend them all.
Pour in to chocolate mold and freeze about 1- 1 1/2 hour.
After chocolate harden enough off from the fridge and ready to serve...
