250 grams Noodles
4 medium Squid, cutted 1/2 inch
1/2 Chicken Breast, cutted
7 medium Shrimp, pell
1/2 Brocolli, cutted
1 medium Carrot, sliced
1/2 Onion, sliced
2 Spring Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Soy sauce, sweet
1 tablespoon Soy sauce, salty
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
4 Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 inch Ginger, smashed
Salt and Pepper Powder
Boil water and 1 tablespoon oil, insert the noodles and cook about 3-5 minutes.
Stir fry garlic, sliced onion and ginger till fragrant and add in carrot, broccoli, squid chicken breast, shrimp and add in all sauce, stir well until all cooked.
Add in noodles, broth, spring onion and sliced onion.
Don't forget to seasoning with salt and pepper powder, stir untill all ingredients dissolved and absorb.
Prepare the serving plate and serve while they still warm.
