Ingredients
Here’s a classic brownie recipe ingredient list makes an 8×8 inch pan
1/2 cup (115 g) butter, melted
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Optional: ½–1 cup (85–170 g) chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Method
Preheat the oven at 180°
Mix melted butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and add vanilla
Add dry ingredients cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Cut Fold with spatula the chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Pour into a greased or lined 8×8-inch pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, let it cool down before cutting.
