"In retrospect this was a year of much learning, where I discovered other parts of myself, and other qualities that I did not know I had. That's why while I drink this coffee with the sunlight coming through my windows, only one word comes to mind: Gratitude, because although not everything was honey and roses, there were difficult moments, setbacks, conflicts, discussions, the happy moments were more and that's what really matters. "On January 2nd, I went to a local temple to take some pics and to go for a walk, as health is at the top of my goals this year. Why? Well appart from the obvious being in shape and feeling great, it’s the one thing that will make others fall into place.
On the way to the temple I spotted the “826 food truck” and decided I’d stop by for a cup of coffee on the way back. Here are some of the pics I took at the temple."

"In Italy coffee macchiato with foam milk is widely used, especially for those who drink a lot of coffee during the day and with milk it has a less strong aroma, ideal especially during breakfast. In the company of my wife and my son, we sat comfortably at one of the three tables available, in fact the place is not large but it is still very welcoming and well organized."

"One of the things that I've loved since I spent a few months in Italy was some really good coffee! We buy Italian coffee every so often, though we don't drink it as much as we used to for a few reasons, mainly health wise of over consumption lol. One of our friends was moving though and she had a lot of these amazing things that she got from Italy years ago that she was going to throw away. I said hell no you aren't throwing that away! I want that!"

"Happy New Years, the coffee shop was closed for the New Years .. but now I’m back in business. So to start the first day of the year I decided to have a latte made with African Arabic Beans, medium to dark roast. Now I have been working on my Latte arts trying to get some really nice presentations of art on the coffee to serve. Until I saw that it was my milk pitcher that was holding me back, my pitcher was to rounded by the stout and I needed a pointer stout milk shake pitcher. That is something I have to looking in to."

"Before becoming a cafe, this place was a bookstore called Nusa Cendana. I've bought books here. Now it has turned into a modern coffee shop with a variety of Indonesian specialties. Indische Café has been around since 2019. I'm currently heading to this place to do my job. In my house there is no signal. So, I had to go to the Café to do my homework."
" The interior of the restaurant had a modern industrial style with steel beams and concrete walls with wooden floors and the furniture such as the tables and chairs matched with black metal and a light coloured wood.
I ordered eggs Benedict which was absolutely delicious!"
"After about an hours walk we stopped off at the Refreshment Room which is operated by the Blueberry Cafe. The cafe is situated in an old railway building at Miller's Dale Station on the trail."
"This board displayed the prices and varieties of ice/hot beverages available just like the ones in a regular coffee shop.
Coffee Machine. Since it's winter and the night was so cold we decided to have a cup of hot cocoa. This particular machine also serves matcha flavored coffee."

In Bangkok, Thailand some of my most favorite places to chill out are places along side Chao Phraya river, Thailand's major river that flows flows through Bangkok and then into the Gulf of Thailand. Bangkok old city was also here so it's quite pretty with all the old buildings, temples and ruins."
"When did you first like coffee? So, what coffee was your first love? Everyone will have a different answer. But in general, it starts with mixed coffee drinks, not pure coffee. Like me who fell in love with coffee while trying to drink affogato, a typical Italian dessert that I accidentally tried at a dinner with friends. "I’m not a huge fan of tea drinking. Here in Bulgaria most of the teas that the population is consuming are not real teas. Rather that they are a mix of herbs, which are very helpful for the health, but I’m really not very fond of. The tea from our present was a special one. It’s variety is Geisha, similar to one of the most aromatic coffee varieties. This exact one is a mix of white and green teas."
"It's a pack of 10 brewing bags from five different countries. It's called "BE YOUR OWN BARISTA" from The Brew Company which I believe is based in Denmark. I had a look at their website and found that they make a whole bunch of other products that are similar to this one, e.g., Christmas presents. I'll sure be ordering from them in the near future. Actually after looking at the website, I am not confused as to what the actual name of this product is. It's also referred to, on the individual bag basis, as "The Coffee Brewer" or even "Coffeebrewer"."
"In the video I show you some images of the process of threshing or cleaning of the coffee bean to be roasted.
After the coffee beans are roasted they are left to rest at room temperature to grind the coffee, once the coffee is ground there is nothing left to do but to prepare a good cup of coffee and enjoy it."
