With my mom

On the morning before we left Agia Napa we went for some breakfast in the town at a cute restaurant/bistro called Midtown Bistro.

The atmosphere was great! The interior of the restaurant had a modern industrial style with steel beams and concrete walls with wooden floors and the furniture such as the tables and chairs matched with black metal and a light coloured wood.

I ordered eggs Benedict which was absolutely delicious! What I loved the most was that it had guacamole spread on the English muffin and that they just used basically 2 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce and didn’t drown it in that sauce like so many restaurants do.

My sister and mom ordered the same as me to share, whilst my sister in law ordered Avo on toast with 2 poached eggs. My brother decided to have dessert for breakfast haha with his French toast that came with cream and syrup.

Of course we all also ordered cappuccinos which were extremely yummy! The cappuccinos were an Austrian coffee blend and they were great and the foam was super delicious!

Afterwards we headed back to our Airbnb and did a bit of last minute packing before the taxi came and fetched us to take us back home to Limassol.

Until next time ...
