Some time ago, I visited this place. The name of this place is Indische cafe. The name of the cafe is unique. Indische. Indische is a Dutch language which means Indies. In the past, the name Indonesia was called Indies. This cafe is in Braga, Bandung, Indonesia. In Braga there are buildings in the Dutch era. It reminded me, this cafe is not foreign to me.
Before becoming a cafe, this place was a bookstore called Nusa Cendana. I've bought books here. Now it has turned into a modern coffee shop with a variety of Indonesian specialties. Indische Café has been around since 2019. I'm currently heading to this place to do my job. In my house there is no signal. So, I had to go to the Café to do my homework.
I arrived at 12.00 WIB. This place is full of people looking for lunch. How about this place? I feel this place is very spacious. There was a very large window open. No AC like this place, but, I didn't feel hot. In this place I can see the chef's cooking attractions. I ordered a café latte, mineral water and spring rolls Semarang.
How about coffee at this place? I don't feel bloated or nauseous. This coffee doesn't hurt my stomach. I am comfortable with this coffee. In fact, this coffee makes me focus on completing my task. This coffee is very good. This coffee looks so pretty.
The bottom of the glass, there is sugar and coffee. Then, there's lots of milk. This coffee is very good. I want to tell you about this coffee. This coffee started as a cappuccino for American tourists in Italy. But, tourists don't like cappuccinos. Cappuccinos are traditionally served with a strong blend of milk and strong espresso.
Well, for a café latte, it serves lighter espresso. This lighter espresso is mixed with plenty of milk. In Italian, milk is called a latte. This latte serves to weaken the strong espresso flavor. This milk serves to create a creamy foam. I ordered an iced caffe latte, the soft milky taste makes this coffee very tasty. I will return to this cafe.
How much does this coffee cost? This coffee is sold at a price of Rp. 18,000. It's very cheap, isn't it? Actually this place sells superior coffee from this place, namely Archipego Coffee. However, when I arrived the coffee was not ready to be served. Archipego coffee sells for IDR 20,000 and tiramisu coffee sells for 26,000 I will order 26,000 I will order two coffees if I come back to this place again. But, I like coffee with palm sugar.
This place is a book that visitors can read. There are novels, comics, and other non-fiction books that visitors can read. If I didn't have an assignment deadline, I would read this book. This place is so much fun. I can also see the chef's attractions in this place.
For food that accompanies me to work, I ordered Lumpia Semarang. I love this sauce. It's a little sticky but very good. there is a sweet and salty taste. We also get pickles to add to this meal. Spring rolls added with pickles, taste very good. there is a sour and savory taste. It's my first time to try this food.
The food is made from bamboo shoots (young bamboo) cooked with a secret spice. this food is very good. I will try again. The price of the food is sold at Rp. 18,000. It's very cheap, isn't it? One thing that disappointed me. Beggars can enter this place, they are very annoying. Some beggars insist on asking for money.
