Hello guys....
How are you all? I hope you are all well because I am too. Meet me again, I will tell you my story about my journey to find and visit good cafes or restaurants with delicious food and coffee.
This time, I'm going to talk about the coffee I bought while I was in Thailand. As I've mentioned in previous posts, almost all the food and drinks I tried there were delicious, and the coffee I drank this time was no different.
Pai Coffee Roastery, this is the name of the cafe I visited this time. This cafe is located in the lobby of the hotel I stayed at for several days during my stay in Thailand (I moved from one accommodation to another and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights). It's a small cafe with simple decorations, but very comfortable. The sellers are an elderly couple.
The menu isn't extensive, and almost exclusively coffee. However, they also offer matcha, Thai tea, green tea, soda, and chocolate. They also offer food, but it seems to be limited to breakfast, as when I arrived during the day, only drinks were available.
Caramel Macchiato
Caramel Macchiato, that was the drink I ordered that time. Actually, several other menu items were interesting, but this was the most appealing. I didn't have to wait long for my drink. And I didn't drink there; I just ordered and went back to my room.
Let's talk about the taste of this coffee. The combination of sweet and bitter, along with the creaminess of the milk, is very delicious. The coffee is bitter, not sour, and very fragrant, the type of coffee I like. Then with the creamy, sweet milk. And of course, with the addition of delicious caramel syrup. A delicious combination.
Before drinking it, make sure to stir the coffee first, so that the coffee, milk, and caramel syrup mix. Delicious drink, the refreshing taste of the ice and the bitter sweetness of the drink. I really like it.
That's my story for now. The drinks, food, and drinks in Thailand are delicious, and the prices are affordable. Of course, I have many other stories to tell. Thank you for reading. See you in my next story, bye~
