I've made videos where I'm doing the tricep extensions with cables, plates, and even a barbell, but this is the first one I'm making with dumbbells. It's just great that one exercise can be done in a lot

The Goblet Squat: This is another workout I do for the legs and for my entire lower body because of how injurious the regular squat can be despite one's (not just me but most lifters) best efforts at keeping

This is one shoulder workout I have been avoiding for years now because of how much of the trapezius muscles it builds. I already have big traps and I have to be careful not to make my traps too big, it's

This is one of the workouts I ran to because of the little injuries from regular curls. If you have little waist and knee injuries, especially knee injuries, this type of squat is little more forgiving

In a bid to solve the lack of a cable machine for Overhead Tricep Extensions I've been doing the same thing I do with a cable machine but with a barbell instead. But I don't feel the impact or see the

Working out the legs is quite difficult for most male gym goers. It's usually postponed and procrastinated about. And, unfortunately, I've been one of the guys who postpone and procrastinate about leg

Nothing pumps my triceps like this workout I'm doing in the video called "Overhead Cable Tricep Extension". I also do it with a barbell when there is no cable machine but no matter what I do

I've said it too many times in the past that variety is the spice, and it really is in the gym. If you're doing just one workout for a muscle group all the time, even though you really enjoy the workout,

There's an interesting bodybuilding phenomenon a lot of people don't know, especially non-bodybuilders and I'm sure non-bodybuilders would find it more interesting, and it is this: you know how muscles

This is some further bicep workout that I love and is very effective, but I've been unable to do em as much as I'd love to because all the gyms I've been going to do not have the set-up for preacher curls.

Facepulls, very easy straightforward workout for the rear part of your shoulders and upper back. The funny thing is only a few people pull this to the face, they mostly pull to the neck or upper chest,

Lateral Raises are usually done with both arms while standing or sitting. It could be done one arm at a time too, but this time I took it to a new level. It's a style I saw some people doing on the net

A lot of people do pull ups but it is almost always the wide grip pull ups where they spread their arms so wide. That is good too, but for a complete back you need variation. [It seems like variety is

Rows are for growing and strengthening the back muscles, but they're usually hard on the lower spine/lower back/waist area. Especially when you don't get the form/positioning right, which is very easy

This is some other exercise for the biceps. It is one that is also less done at the gym because people mostly do the wide and medium grip. This is supposed to work on outter part of the biceps and the

The exercise I posted myself performing yesterday is actually the best exercise for biceps, but here is another great one. Leaning on an inclined bench like this makes sure your biceps are doing all the

The exercise I'm performing in this video is the best Bicep exercise ever, and it is some shit I can stake everything on. Hammer Curls are good for the width of your biceps and wide grip curls are good

Drag Curls is another great exercise for the biceps, most curls bias the lower part of the biceps that is close to the elbow, while the drag curls take the action to the art closer to the front delts.

Waiter Curls, this type of curls where you hold the weight like I'm doing in this video is usually done with a dumbbell, but this is a discovery I made all by myself, it is way better with kettlebells!
