There's an interesting bodybuilding phenomenon a lot of people don't know, especially non-bodybuilders and I'm sure non-bodybuilders would find it more interesting, and it is this: you know how muscles are in pairs? Like two chests, two limbs each, two ass cheeks, etc.
Now, one of them can be bigger than other, and that's the interesting thing. Your left arm could be visibly bigger than the right and vice versa, or the right ass cheek could be bigger than the left.
Shit like that.
I'm currently experiencing something like that, my left biceps is growing bigger than my right, so I have to sometimes work on only the right so it catches up to the left 😎.
That's what I'm doing in this video. They're about the same size now so you can't see the difference in the video, but if I stop giving my right arm more work than I give my left the difference would become more clear, so I'm never gonna let that happen 😊.
