The exercise I posted myself performing yesterday is actually the best exercise for biceps, but here is another great one. Leaning on an inclined bench like this makes sure your biceps are doing all the work and getting a good stretch.
No matter how great an exercise is one usually doesn't cut it so it is good to have two or three exercises for the same muscles, variety is the spice, it helps you with boredom and monotony; and helps hit the muscle from different angles.
