¡Hey! ¿Cómo están, amigos de Hiverun? Espero que todos estén muy bien. He estado bastante conforme con los resultados que estoy teniendo luego de la lesión del tobillo, que pensando que no iba a volver a correr como antes pero cada vez me voy superando más de lo normal, mejorando mi nivel de intervalos, actualmente le estoy dando muy fuerte a este tipo de entrenamientos, porque quiero ser más rápido a la hora de correr largas distancias, actualmente fueron un poco mas de 4km para poder rendir mas adelante muchísimo mejor.
Hey! How are you all doing, Hiverun friends? I hope you’re all doing really well. I’ve been quite pleased with the results I’ve been getting since my ankle injury. I thought I’d never run like I used to, but I’m constantly pushing myself further than usual and improving my interval training. I’m currently really focusing on this type of training because I want to be faster over long distances; I’ve just run a bit over 4km to ensure I perform much better in the future.
El tobillo ha mejorado con el paso del tiempo chicos, es una felicidad que actualmente estoy volviendo a correr como antes. Fueron casi 5km de satisfacción, porque si me senti cansado, y me costo mantener la velocidad en cierto momentos, pero se pudo completar la vuelta.
My ankle has got better over time, lads; I’m so happy that I’m now back to running as I used to. It was almost 5km of pure satisfaction, because although I did feel tired and found it hard to keep up the pace at times, I managed to complete the lap.
