Hey Steem,
Today Ill walk ya through this easy breakfast dish.
Fist I remove the capsicum seeds and whites, and dice some spribg onion and fresh jalepeno flesh. I also dice some extra for the salsa verde' ontop to garnish.
After this i put them under a grill to cook a bit, at this point I finish the verde with some diced tomato flesh and some chives and salt and pepper.
At this point shredded cheese goes in the base and is melted under grill.
Once the eggs are firm, garnish with salsa and serve and enjoy!!!
