Chicken egg sandwich 🥪

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog for creative-sunday in @hivelearners . Hope you guys all are well and enjoying delicious food . Today I cooked very yummy breakfast which is Chicken egg sandwich . It's very quick and easy sandwiches 🥪 and also tasty that we purchased store sandwiches same like I cooked . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process .

Ingredients

Bread 🍞

Two eggs

Boiled chicken shredded

Ketchup

Mayonnaise

Cheese

Chat masala

Oil

Cabbage 🥬

Spices

Salt

Black pepper

Chilli flakes

Process

First I took whole ingredients colllected them near the counter of stove . First I took shredded boiled chicken in a non stick pan added two tablespoons oil then stir fry . Then I added salt black pepper and chilli flakes in the shredded chicken and mixed . At two minutes I added ketchup also and again mixed under low flame . Later on I added cheese also in the chicken and mixed well . This chicken mixture for the filling of bread .

Later on I took two eggs mixed them and fry also at one side of pan in the oil . I like such fry eggs without any space .

Now I started filling the bread in the look of sandwiches 🥪 . First I spread mayonnaise then cabbage and filling of chicken . Then I spread ketchup and egg pieces . At the last I spread chat masala and covered with another slice of bread . I hoted on pan both sides brushing with oil .

Final look
