Have a good day my dear friends馃. Are you all well? I wish you all a very happy new year 2024. A little less rest these days. It is due to my son's work in preschools. But all work should be balanced. With that effort, my aim is to bring a new way of preparing food to my friends.
Eggplant is a vegetable that can withstand both body heat and cold. As well as getting vitamins and minerals, it is also a good antioxidant. It also helps balance excess iron in the body. Also, mugunwanna leaves, which cure skin diseases, have been added. It is high in fiber. The spices here are also good for the body. Let's dive into this eggplant Dewald process.
Materials Used.
2 or 3 medium sized eggplants.
2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce.
2 Tablespoons of corn flour.
Salt to taste.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
2 Tablespoons of coconut oil.
Cut 1 onion.
A little crushed garlic.
Some chopped mungunwanna leaves.
Method of preparation.
Now let's get ready for the food preparation process. First, wash the eggplants well and cut them into squares. Add corn flour and salt to it and mix well.
Next, we take a pot and place it on the stove and add about 6 tablespoons of clean oil. After the oil heats up, add the garlic and then add the onion pieces and mix.
When the onions are half fried, add the chopped eggplants. Also add crushed chili powder to it, mix and cook on low flame for about 6 minutes.
Now we collect the leaves of Mugunuwanna. Add tomato sauce to it and stir well. Remove from heat after about a minute. You can also add coriander leaves to this.
The specialty of this made eggplant Dewald is that the eggplant has absorbed the garlic and sauce well, so it has a strange delicious taste in this Dewald. It tastes incredible. This can be combined with rice for lunch and dinner. It is also a delicious dish that can be eaten with bread and roti. Small children also love this taste. So try this too. I hope to bring you the most delicious food again.
Thank you.
