The sixth round of the POLIAC Golden League tournament brought with it absolutely sensational results and finally crystallized the top of the table, while simultaneously plunging several favorites into trouble.

Sensations and Key Decisions:

New Season Record and Big Win for racibo@racibo: The biggest event of the round was the duel between the two previously undefeated players: racibo@racibo and ptaku@ptaku. racibo@racibo not only won the match but did so in spectacular fashion, achieving a score of 38295 steps (SGLB) – a new season record for the Golden League! This victory catapults him into second place in the standings, right behind the leader.

The Undefeated Three: After six rounds, only three players boast a perfect winning record:

*Return to Form for manuvert@manuvert: The decorated manuvert@manuvert secured his second consecutive victory, recording a season-best (28326 steps) in his match against patif2025@patif2025. This jumps him into the TOP 8.

Breakthrough for revlat35@revlat35: After two consecutive losses, revlat35@revlat35 returned to winning ways by defeating erikklok@erikklok. This valuable victory keeps him in the running for advancement.

Crisis for the Title Holders:

  • ptaku@ptaku lost his undefeated status after the clash with racibo@racibo.
  • browery@browery recorded his third loss, but his score (17,673 steps) was recognized with the Best score among losers award. This indicates that despite the defeat, he is maintaining a high level.
  • bucipuci@bucipuci suffered his sixth straight loss, minimally falling to new.things@new.things, and remains without a single point.
  • cezary-io@cezary-io lost to benbow2017@benbow2017 and, with only 3 points, faces a difficult mission to secure a place in the knockout phase.

Round 6 of the POLIAC Silver League tournament brought key decisions that completely redefined the top of the table. Following this round, three dominant leaders emerged, and the competition for the remaining podium spots became incredibly fierce.

The New King of Steps and the Clash of Titans

New Season Best Score (caspermoeller89@caspermoeller89 – 24592): Debutant caspermoeller89@caspermoeller89 recorded the best score of the round (24592 steps), for which he received 100 AFIT. This victory over jjprac@jjprac by such a huge margin (nearly 11000 steps) allowed him to jump into second place in the standings.

Leader's Duel Goes to Flemingfarm: In the most important match of the round, a clash of the undefeated, flemingfarm@flemingfarm defeated davidthompson57@davidthompson57 (14209 - 13789). This narrow victory secured flemingfarm@flemingfarm the sole lead with 18 points and strengthened his position as the main candidate for promotion.

Recognition for the Loser: Despite the loss, davidthompson57@davidthompson57 achieved an excellent score of 13789 steps, which was recognized as the Best score among losers (100 AFIT).

The Strength of the Relegated and Other Changes

The Strength of the Relegated: actifit-godfish@actifit-godfish and silvertop@silvertop recorded crucial victories (15045 and 17384 steps, respectively). Both solidified their positions at the very top with 15 points, showing that returning to the Golden League is their goal.

  • tom45p@tom45p won (19,775 steps), which was the second-best score of the round. Thanks to this, despite earlier fluctuations in form, he returned to the fight for the top (12 points).
  • atongis@atongis caused a surprise by defeating asia-pl@asia-pl (10,128 – 7,072). atongis@atongis thus joined the 9-point group, while asia-pl@asia-pl, despite the loss, maintained 12 points.
  • homesteadlt@homesteadlt recorded his second consecutive win, moving up to 11th place.

The match between zubygeee@zubygeee and a07@a07 ended with no steps from either side (0-0). The table signaled 4 points for zubygeee@zubygeee, but the lack of steps calls their future participation into question. a07@a07 with one point and svanbo@svanbo with three are in a very difficult situation.
