The eighteenth round of the Golden League, a rematch of Round 16, brought a continuation of the defending champion's fantastic winning streak and further solidified the leader's position. The fight for the TOP 8 has become even tighter, and points are worth their weight in gold.

Defending Champion Improves His Record and Decisively Dominates Rivals:

The Czech player continues his incredible run, achieving 46,544 steps, which is his new personal record and the Best Score in Golden League for this round. The win against @revlat35 was his third consecutive victory, again with the highest score of the round.

Leader Solidifies Position:

The current leader won another match. @danmaruschak defeated the GL debutant @wahacoce for the second time (19,542 to 9,335). Thanks to this, he cemented his 1st place position, showing that the losses from a few days ago in Round 14 were just a momentary lapse.

Repeat Victories at the Top:

@ptaku defeated @erikklok for the second time (19,986 to 6,459), which allowed him to advance into the TOP 8.
@manuvert once again defeated @merthin. The Pole's consolation must be his sixth award for the Best Score among Losers.
@benbow2017 secured his second win over @racibo (this time via walkover), strengthening his position as vice-leader.
@fredkese secured an important victory with a Season Personal Best (SPB) – 28,587 steps – which is crucial as he drew level on points with @cezary-io.

The eighteenth round of the POLIAC Silver League brought the biggest reshuffle of the season! Thanks to a record-breaking performance, @tom45p climbed to the leader's chair, but it's still too close to call who will be the halfway leader of the SL season. The podium is incredibly tight, with the order being decided by the total steps accumulated throughout the season.

Key Decisions and Shifts at the Top:

@tom45p is the New Leader and Record Holder: In a top-of-the-table duel, @tom45p secured a stunning victory over @actifit-godfish, beating his Season Personal Best (SPB) with a score of 28,035 steps. He was awarded the best score of the round (100 AFIT). This win propelled him to the leader position, surpassing @caspermoeller89 and @flemingfarm only by total step count.
@silvertop Defeats the Previous Leader: Another key duel was the match between @silvertop and @caspermoeller89.
