Hi vegan lovers, greetings and warm hugs to you, I hope you are always in good health and get every blessing within you.
Today I will invite you to pick cassava leaves behind the mess where I live. There's a lot going on in this back garden, they've destroyed the fence and fallen down. As a result, many plants are unkempt and vegetables are destroyed by neighbors' pets. However, from the remains there are several cassava trees that grow back and produce new leaf plants. Cassava is actually a type of cassava plant that does not bear fruit, we usually only eat the leaves.
I pick these cassava leaves that grow abundantly to make something delicious in preparation as a snack. It's nice to see them growing beautifully among the pandan leaf plants that are starting to creep everywhere. I just picked a few stalks, around 4 stalks. Then I washed it until it was clean in the faucet at the back of the house. Next, I will invite you to make snacks from processed cassava leaves.
