Broccoli with meat is one of the perfect broccoli dishes, cooked restaurant-style. The tender meat and savory broccoli soft make this dish perfect.
Hey foodies, you've gotta try this super yummy recipe that combines meat with broccoli. Broccoli is my favorite veggie, so I often cook it into delicious dishes at home. This time, I'm combining it with meat. I cut the fresh beef into large, thin slices so it's more satisfying to eat. This recipe serves two to three people. So, if you want to prepare it as a family dinner menu, give it a try and check out the recipe!
200 grams of meat
300 grams of broccoli
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
¼ teaspoon of mushroom broth
¼ teaspoon of salt
Ground pepper to taste
Prepare the broccoli first, cut it to your liking, cut it into large pieces. Then wash it thoroughly and soak it in salt water for about five minutes.
Next, cut the meat into small strips, then set it aside.
Then finely chop the garlic and onion, Sauté the garlic with a little oil until fragrant.
Then add the meat and cook until tender.
If you want to make sure it's tender, you can try it first, then add the onion.
Next, add the chopped broccoli, stir until evenly mixed and cook until the broccoli wilts.
Then add sesame oil, oyster sauce, chili sauce, mushroom broth, and ground pepper, stirring with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of water.
Add to the broccoli stir-fry, then adjust the seasoning once fully cooked.
Serve this broccoli and meat dish with white rice and enjoy it—just looking at it is tempting enough. I deliberately reduced the spiciness by adding only a little ground pepper so that anyone can enjoy it.
Besides its appealing color, the taste is also perfectly balanced on the palate. The natural savory-sweet flavor of the broccoli is absolutely perfect. I absolutely love this combination, especially when enjoyed with warm white rice—in my opinion, everything is perfect. I highly recommend you try this recipe because it’s really easy to make.
