Hi everyone, Today I will make a special dish, namely a vegetable that is very familiar to all of you, of course broccoli, broccoli vegetables are very good for our health and can also be processed into any food ingredients, there are many types of processed foods that we can make from broccoli, we can make it into stir-fried vegetables, boiled vegetables, even coconut milk vegetables and broccoli itself we can also make into snacks such as fried broccoli in flour and can be added to other types of food
So, for those of you who love broccoli, come and join me because I will make a simple and healthy recipe for my lunch today.I happened to get home from work a little early today, so I noticed there was only broccoli in the fridge. So, I'm going to make broccoli and garlic stir-fry.
Broccoli has become a staple in my daily diet. We often buy broccoli in small quantities because I find it tends to turn yellow or wilt easily. Even though I keep it in the refrigerator, I only buy one head of broccoli to cook twice.
After the broccoli is finished in the refrigerator, the next day I will take another head of broccoli. There is no need to buy a lot of broccoli because, as we know, broccoli turns yellow very easily. When it turns yellow, it will definitely not taste good when we cook it.
Curious about how I process this broccoli vegetable? Okay, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.
First
First of all, I cut the broccoli, then I washed the broccoli until it was really clean, then I boiled the broccoli until it was half cooked.
Second
Next I chopped the garlic until it was fine.
Third
After I chopped the garlic, I then sauteed the garlic in a little oil until the garlic changed color to brownish yellow.
Four
Next, I add a little water, then I also add the spices such as ground pepper and salt and also a little sweet soy sauce.
Five
Next, I added the cornstarch solution and then cooked it until the sauce thickened, after which I added the half-cooked broccoli.
After the broccoli was added, I cooked it for just 1 minute and then turned off the stove.and after the mixture was cooked, I added the fried onions, I sprinkled the fried onions on top
And here is the result, my stir-fried garlic broccoli is ready and can be served on your dining table. This garlic broccoli is very suitable to be eaten with warm rice.
and if you want it to be even tastier, you can add Saori oyster sauce. Because I'm making a vegan recipe, I didn't add oyster sauce.instead of oyster sauce I added sweet soy sauce
