Today it's Sunday I'm at home, such a nice Iazy day, perfect for cooking something different, I decided to make a recipe a little different from my usual, I had taken some shrimp and I decided that they would be perfect for my recipe, shrimp noodles, a recipe with a more oriental flavor but really good and not too heavy on the stomach . .
My stepdaughter love them too a lot.
ingredients
400 grams of spaghetti
100 grams of shrimp
two date tomatoes
three tablespoons of olive oil
a spoonful of nutmeg.
First, prepare the water and boil it, about a litre. While you wait for the water to boil, clean the prawns very well under running water and prepare a pan with a spoonful of oil, fry it for about a minute and add the prawns, making sure they don't become overcooked, stir often. Meanwhile, take the datterini tomatoes, put them on a cutting board and cut them into very fine pieces.
When the water boils I would put the noodles to boil for about fifteen twenty minutes depending on what is written on the package. When the spaghetti is boiled, place them in the pan with the prawns, add two teaspoons of oil and sprinkle the nutmeg and the pieces of datterini tomatoes, mix everything well for about ten minutes so that the prawns and tomatoes mix well with the noodles. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
